Alternative to mayo?
I hate it when my bread is to dry but I don't want to slather it with nasty horrible mayo... are there any healthy alternatives to mayonnaise?

try canola mayo
Mayo made from canola is actually good for you! (in moderation, of course). Uncooked canola is high in Omega-3 essential oil. Hellmann's makes a delicious canola mayo. I can't believe I like it better than Hellmann's original mayo (my life's favorite up until now), but I do! It's creamier with just a hint of lemon essence.

Hummus is a good alternative
Have you ever tried hummus? It's easy to make your own or there are some good store bought ones also.My favorite is the Athenos red pepper.I love it on my sandwiches and it's also great for dipping veggies.

For tuna- I use sweet pickle relish
I know this will only help with tuna (if you even like tuna), but I use it all the time and cut the fat out of tuna fish sandwiches. I use a tablespoon of sweet pickle relish in my tuna to give it the zing that mayo gives.

My mayo alternatives
I'm like you - hate a dry sandwich. I usually add some veggies to my sandwich like olives, pickles, roasted bell peppers, lettace, tomato, broccoli slaw... what ever I have... then I give it a spray of EV olive oil and a dash of italian seasoning or oregano to give it some flavor.
If I need mayo for chicken, egg or tuna salad - I like the Hellmans Light. It is made with egg whites instead of the whole egg. I actually prefer the taste. I find a tiny bit with a small dash of brown mustard does the trick and it is super tasty.

I've found a nice solution
I've been using fat free cream cheese! it works great in place of mayo.

Mono-Unsaturated Fat from the AVOCADO
Very spreadable when ripe, great replacement for mayo-but if you are worried about the fat, HELLMAN'S makes an Olive Oil mayo that is like 40 cals, and low low fat.
