Always Skipping Meals!
Hello Everyone,

Skipping meals...bad, I know. But no matter what I always skip lunch! Am I the only one with that problem? What do you do to ensure that you eat regularly and healthy...before I used to skip breakfast all the time too but now I'm used to it, there is lots of quick healthy things to make for breakfast...but not for lunch.

Any Ideas?

You are not alone!
I find myself missing lunch as well frequently. I work at a hotel running the front desk, so it's difficult to ensure I get time for lunch. However, I find that making more than one serving for whatever is for dinner ensures that I can mix and match (i.e. leftovers from last night are now lunch today) Just try and be creative with leftovers. Say you were to grill some chicken for dinner and you make extra. You could make a lean chicken salad, you could create an easy quick soup, or just have it grilled with some vegis or pasta on the side. I've found that mostly if I do something very basic it makes meal planning a lot easier.

I've been there too..
I have never been a breakfast person.. but I force myself to eat it now. I just cant get into eating 5-6 times a day. I also have no idea what is healthy, so I bought a meal supplement/ replacement shake so if i cannot eat lunch, then at least I am getting the nutrition I need.

Hello to all! I listened to you carefully, but I still do not understand why you deny yourself food outside the house? I live in Toronto and have always been surrounded by a huge number of restaurants, especially near my office. Here you could always make a choice in favor of both high-calorie and dietary food.

Yes, there are some problems now due to covids and limitations. But this business abhors a vacuum. We started working in the office again and I often see ads about selling your restaurant For me personally, this is a sign that a new restaurant will open at this place soon) This is a normal practice in a large city. I dined at a vegetarian Indian restaurant and in the evening I could have a steak in another restaurant. This has always met my wishes and dietary requirements. I never came home hungry))
