No your not
I use wii fit last year to do my workouts. They are brilliant because you don't have the expense of gyms or expensive exercise equipment. I have just purchased the wii-fit plus game. We could message watch other if you like to keep our momentum going. Good luck with your workouts xx

Wii Fit Plus
I am also using the Wii to supplement my workouts - how do you track them on this site? I have been having trouble finding a good way to track workouts that don't involve strength trainging? I run as well and have been able to track that ok.
Thanks
Karen

Wii seems very slow
My teen daughter has a Wii. When we used it together I found it to be very slow and cumbersome. Not an easy well planned workout. Have you guys got a program using Wii that works well? I have been reluctant to buy one, but I travel and the concept is great to take my workout on the road with me.

Wii fit
I use the Wii Fit and other things. I do Jullian Michaels videos, walk outside, run and I have a gazelle. I put the gazelle in front of the tv during basketball games and american idol and end up working out pretty hard. I try to switch it up so I don't get sick of working out. Good Luck.

EA Sports Active
My sister and I use the EA Sports active. I started using it after she lost 20 pounds, in about a month and a half. She does it for an hour a day plus an hour of cycling, just a few days a week.
I use it 4-5 times a week for about a half an hour. I also go for 1.5 hour walks, once or twice a week, and I have started to get back into the yoga I used to do.
I have found that getting back into fitness is A LOT easier than trying to change my diet. And the "games" that they come out with now, make it way easier.

Wii games
More and more games are coming out that utilize the wii fit board. Wii fit is good for a change of pace, but as others have said it's not easy to make a consistent workout with it. I haven't really taken a look at Wii Fit Plus to see what the differences are from the original. I like the EA Active and Jillian Michael's Ultimatum games. They work you out a lot more than the Wii Fit in my opinion. If you just want a fun cardio routine...try Let's Dance...you can work up a sweat pretty quickly with the various movements and it's pretty fun if you do it with somebody. That way you can both look like idiots trying to figure out the moves. :)

Tracking Wii workouts
Well, everyone seems to have a different opinion on Wii workouts. I just got a Wii and it came with Wii Sports. I used the tennis this morning and it was a pretty good workout. I skipped the replays so it was pretty constant upper body workout for the 40 minutes I did it. I have heard the boxing is a great workout and a friend loves Wii fit but I haven't purchased that yet. Anyway....how do those of us who enjoy it track our workouts?
