Anti-Inflammation
The only advice I can give is to take flour, sugar and potatoes out of your diet. This will help your inflammation, the only time I eat bread is on my pizza. I don't eat flour because it gives me heartburn.

Anti-Inflammatory diet-
Dr.Weil has "a site with info on this, of course he is pro-anti inflammatory-some say (health/nutrition experts like Mark Sisson) some inflammation is actual necessary and good-ie. muscle tearing/muscle building. Some foods in excess can actual cause inflammation, the idea that some is good, more isn't necessarily better
