Any good low fat cheeses?
Anyone have any good suggestions for low fat cheese sticks or shredder chedder/mixed cheese that melts?

Laughing Cow
I found Laughing Cow Light cheeses and they are really good. The garlic herb is my favorite. They have many to choose from.
