Any hopeful weight gainers out there?
Hey, I may be in the minority, but thought I might see if there is anyone else out there in my situation. I am 30 years old (male), and I have weighed 140-145 lbs. since I was 17. I am just under 6ft. tall, and was wanting to put on a little mass to the 165-170 range. I eat like a horse usually, but am finding that tracking my food is helping me see that eating a lot doesn't always help to gain weight. One thing I am noticing is that although I eat 2,800 to 3,200 calories a day, my protein intake is pretty low. I am fairly active, playing full-court basketball on weekends, and I have a ridiculous metabolism... anyone have any ideas on gaining weight for me or things that worked for you?

gaining weight
Im in the same boat as you bro. I just started my goal to reach 180lbs by july2010. Your calorie intake is good so you should be putting on weight. If you need some help or anything i can do dont hesitate to ask.
