stay active
I had my boy on 8/11/08, and my tummy still jiggles a bit when I brush my teeth. lol

I think I made the mistake of waiting for as much excess weight to fall off naturally as possible before doing something about it.

My advice is to stay active and focused, and keep your goals in mind. Another of my problems was throwing my fitness goals out the window when everyone kept telling me, "Don't worry about it...you just had a baby." That was 8 months ago, and I still get that from time to time.

But also keep in mind to check with your doc before doing anything major. Your body's been through alot.

Mommy of a 4 month old
I just had my baby boy 4 months ago and up until now I haven't been able to do anything about my baby weight because I didn't stop bleeding till the little guy was 2 1/2 months. I really just need some motivation and encouragement. I can't seem to just make myself diet and exercise. Anyone got any suggestions. I'm also new here and looking for friends.
