Any thoughts on the Paleo diet?
Some of my co-workers are using this diet.

I haven't heard of this diet before so I can't tear it apart yet :)

Have to be living under a rock if you haven't heard of it...
It's all the rage with trendies and athlete-a-holics...who are all about returning to the primal way of eating. It is an interesting approach but a bit stringent. Read all about at Mark Sisson Primal Blueprint or Mark Sisson's the Daily Apple. Better to do low carb/high fat (good fats-omega 3 not 6 and high density lipid proteins) than the diet recommended by the ADA...which doesn't work high carb/low fat diets are really unhealthy...but you all know this already....

I never tried it. But I heard about it so many times. The Paleo diet is the healthiest way you can eat because it is the ONLY nutritional approach that works with your genetics to help you stay lean, strong and energetic.
