Commitment is what I need
I'm definatly needing any kind of help I can get to start this journey back to good health. Unfortunately or fortunately today is my first day. I hope I have not overdone the exercise. I don't want to be in bed all day tomorrow.

Exercise Plan
Hi there I would love some help as to an exercise plan. I just start working out a week ago and I go on the tredmill and elliptical or the bike. But I am looking for someone to give me good workout so that I sweat the fat off hehe like for how long and what settings I should be doing...If you could help I would appreciate it. thanks

I seriously need someone to help me
I need someone to remind me every single day to stick to it. I never exercise, I have all the equipment to get fit, just do not have motivation. My living room looks like a gym but rightnow is just taking up space. If there is anyone who could just even send me a message every day I wold love that. I do log on here every day and I am trying to be good with my diet but that is getting hard too.

Need Motivation
I just started working out again by walking 2 miles per day. I am taking a Zumba class this Saturday, but am unsure about this..hopefully I can do it! I just need a little motivation everyday, once in awhile or anytime you may have. I have 30lbs. to lose and I'm serious about losing it this time. My biggest weakness has been my middle of the night eating..I don't know why I do it, but I can't help myself. If you are still interested in a partner let me know.
