Anyone Jazzercising?
Hi all,

I am doing Jazzercise for my workouts. These workouts are about 45 minutes of dance cardio and 15 minutes of strength routines. I am having trouble tracking my workouts and it looks like I haven't burned any calories! Just wondering if anyone had some ideas on how to track this somewhat unique workout.

Allthough not Jazzercise per se, I track a 45 minute dance workout under cardio "dance". There may be some sort of strength (is it isometrics?) exercises listed as well. I figured that having my dance workout logged gave me a little more motivation than not logging it at all. It also sometimes helps knowing that I did just a "little bit more" than the numbers sayy, and it is usually noticed in the weigh in and measurements!

Best of luck!

My grandmother was an incredible Jazzercise instructor back "in the day".

I personally love Jazzercise. I have tried a lot of different workouts and this one is great for overall body toning. I also have an excellent instructor. Keep going!
