Anyone Know? CATTLE
For the cowboys and cowgirls out there-Does anyone know who many calories you burn herding cattle by foot. My new cattle dog- Pitbull and I had to chase cattle for about 20min. I was unable to locate anything . I guess I could use running up and down hills because there is not flat surface here on the ranch.

Darn I hate when that happens!! lol
They have different levels of running on the exercise board from an easy run on up!! Do a search when in the exercise mode--running

Pitbulls herd Cattle? Whoa...
I was thinking more along the LAssie line, but okay.
Get yourself a pedometer...track the steps, then put them into a walk/jog/run-tracking and adjust the amount of time.
Bottom line? You burned a lot of cals doing that! Not a sissy workout by any means!
GO GIRL!

I agree that you should enter it as running hills :) Great work!

Thanks everyone for your advice. Thats why I stay true to this site . I love the support and encouragement I receive from all of you.
Sorry I took so long to reply still trying to get the hang of the messages broads / blogs. For example I was response to the chronic back pain this week-now I cannot locate it.
I get it together.
