Anyone have a good water exerise program?
Hi, I am new here and looking for some advice. I have a bad hip and have to do most, if not all, of my exerising in the pool. I do basic laps for 30 mins and do the lower body therapy exerises I was taught after my hip surgery. I see results but think I need to kick it up alittle, but I am not sure what to do? If you have any ideas I would love to hear them.
