How about 55 years young
I would love to help you out, I am a personal trainer that lost some 60 pounds and that is how I got started being a trainer, thought you know I bet I could help others seeing as I have been there, and still struggle with this battle of the bulge, but now I am more concerned with eating healthy and staying strong an fit...
I have a certificate in general fitness as well as a Specialist in Fitness for the Older Adult (that's us).
Feel free to ask me questions. I am here to help.

I think it is very difficult at your age. You can experience real pain during exertion.

What do you think about the use of CBD oil in the training process? I saw many different options for this, VISIT THIS WEB-SITE. As a rule, this can be applied immediately after weight training or just before bedtime. Muscle mass increases during rest, so additional help would be appropriate. I am sure that this is true after 60.
