Anyone with a disabiity?
I'm finding it hard to get physical with MS. Any help out there would be fantastic. I can still walk, but get so tired after 10 or 15 Min.

I know the feeling I had back surgery 10 years ago then told 9 months later that I fibromyalgia. So my level of energy is also low with the fibro and nerve damage for surgery.

MS struggles
MS makes exercise hard. My husband has MS as well as his mother and 10-15 minutes of work tires him out too. I'm new and I have set up him too, but I'll be the one to handle all this stuff. With his medications, diabetes is setting in and we are trying to manage the lifestyle with him and his parents and our kids. He just loves food and has trouble keeping portions down and doesn't like to stop and eat on a regular meal-time basis. I think I have ADD too, so I forget myself to make sure he eats and takes care of things too. He was my crutch on that, but the MS has been affecting his memory too.

ms question
Hi,
I was diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis in 2003 due to Acetycoline test but was negative 4 years later. I had ethylene glycol poisoning in 2000 and my neurologist feels I suffered an anoxic brain injury and this is the factor causing the facial droop, right side tremors and shaking, and fatigue I have. Just out of curiosity because my Grandfather was paralyzed for 14 yrs due to MS and several family members in same generation; I was wondering about your husbands fatigue. I have been tested negative for MS but worry about resting as doctor states so I don't reach end result sooner versus exercising to keep up strength just in case. I have been a big exerciser (weight training, jogging etc) but have lost alot of strength continually for several years. Alot of info I know. Just curious how he progressed if not too personal. Thanks
