Asthma and Exercising
So I've had asthma for 1 year and it's normal to get attacks when exercising, according to the doc. I've been keeping up with my meds to try to avoid them as much as possible, but still get wheezy and short of breath after working out. Even after just 10 minutes of jogging or indoor aerobics I can't stand the wheezing in my lungs and heaviness in my chest.

I am sticking to a healthy exercise and diet plan for the first time in years and am so frustrated with my asthma! Does anyone have any advise as to how I can burn calories without getting so winded... like any specific exercises that are still effective without heavy strain on my breathing? I've been doing some strength training, but can only do so much without anything but free weights. Any serious advise is appreciated!

Relief
(1) Bay leaf in 8oz boiling water steep 10 mins, drink on an empty stomach at least two hour before or after medications just to be on the safe side of interactions, but from what I've been told there aren't any adverse reactions. I have a chronic lung condition that had me wheezing and losing my breath before the end a sentence, the bay leaf tea once daily ended that, it will not have a color to it when made but it will be very powerful and effective.
