At home fitness? Where to start ?
I'd like to set up a diet and exercise routine to be healthier and lose weight. I can't afford to join a gym right now. Here at home here's what I have to work with...a 5lb. kettle ball, 1 & 3lb. dumbells, exercise ball, yoga mat, and those resistance bands (? i think that's what they're called). I've never really exercised much so i'm not sure how many repetitions or sets to start with. Any advice will be greatly appreciated:)

If you have a little money to invest ($30 or less), I would recommend a yoga DVD that doesn't require more than a mat (they have ones that have different levels, so you can start with beginner and move up) or an aerobic step. You can turn on your favorite show and step on and off the step for a set amount of time. You can hold water bottles or something else for weight and swing your arms too.

Plenty of sites online for info too!
Youtube has a ridiculous amount of advice and full workout routines, for people with home gym or NO equiptment. Back in the day, there were few pieces of equiptment becasue people moved more and were way more active and way less sedintary.
