Avoiding tendonitis while working out
Once you've gotten over a case of tendonitis, besides good warm ups and stretching, how else can you avoid getting tendonitis?

I know some people say you get it from repetitive motion, so does that mean you shouldn't just do flat bench press for the pecs, that you should do decline and incline bench press to mix up the angles in which you press?

I think just doing something daily helps.
Whenever I skip I end up more likely to injure on next workout... ;-(

My hub was a long dist runner
He gained a lot of weight many years ago, and tried to start running and injured himself. That's why heavy people shouldn't run....do something but don't go gung HO right away.

Tendonitis is due to putting to much stress on the joint and muscle. It's your body telling you enough.
