Work Around
Schedule your workouts around your work schedule. I know you can do it.

Early Morning...
I have a part time job... on days I have to work I get up extra early and get a dumbbell (or video) workout in at home or run as the sun rises (on nice days). If I don't get that done I go to Curves after work (sometimes both if the kids have stuff after school!)... Make taking care of you a priority and schedule the time in your calendar. It won't "just happen" you have to make an appointment with yourself and then keep it :)

Prioritize and Persist
You can do it...prioritize. I work 40 + hours a week and leave work to go directly to the Anytime Fitness near me three times a week. The weekends really help pick up the slack for any time missed during the week. When I miss my schedule, I just keep looking forward, not back. If you want to do it badly enough, you will find a way to make it a priority. It will come - keep persisting.
