Bee Pollen as a diet aid?
Has anyone ever taken bee pollen pills to suppress your appetite and speed up metabolism/aid in dieting?

NO
I have used it topically. Never taken internally. I have heard it is a healthy item to add to your diet on the short term. Not enough science/research has been done on it.

Also, for anyone with pollen allergies, it can cause anaphylactic shock! That is kind of scary.
