Before Photos.
I'm not sure, but I am having all kinds of trouble uploading my before pictures. I have cropped them down to segments of my body, and still it says they must be under 200k. What's really going on? I am pretty sure they are small enough. REALLY!

sorry about the issues -- what format are you trying to upload? as a simple .jpg?
