Beginner Exercise without equiptment..HELP!
Hello everyone, I am beginning this program tomorrow and have no exercise equipment. No dumbbells, or cowbells or any kind of bells for that matter, lol. Any suggestions on how to workout in my home without these things?

Cardio and stretches with movement.

Home Sweet Home
Do sets of sqauts, lunges, crunches and push-ups. You cab use a chair to do triceps dips. If you live near a Walmart, pop out and buy a resistance band for $5 and then you'll have many more exercises you can do at home. I have a couple of workout plans on here that I use for days I can't get to the gym "Home Sweet Home" and "Just the Band Man" - check them out for additional ideas if you like.

Have fun!
