Being realistic with weightloss goals
I have had to learn to be realistic with the weightloss golas I have had in the past, because it is easy for one to set yourself for failure when you want to achieve a goal that is way beyond your means, you loose track and then eventually loose interest. So I am now setting goals that I know I can easily achieve and reward myself when I have accomplished that goal wether with a it be a new outfit or outting... Try it out!!!

That's fantastic!!!
I have 65 lbs that I want to loose. I've been thinking that 65 is such an intimidating number. However, if I break that up into 20 lb increments then it feels more managable.

And I like the idea of rewarding yourself for meeting your goals. A goal could also mean a pant size smaller and we all know how good we feel when we can go out and buy pants that are smaller than the ones we wore in there!
