Best & Worst Protein Powders
I think I want to buy some protein powder this week. I saw a recipe for peanut butter balls that looks good & it will give me a reason to use my magic bullet (and figure out where to keep it in the kitchen) for smoothies. I was thinking maybe 1 protein smoothie a day could help with my protein intake & good calories plus give me a non-water drink that is not junk.
So for you Protein Powder Users: what brands do you love & hate?

Just my experience
I have used Gillian Michaels. 1-2 scoops in a 16 or 20oz bottle of water. I drink half 30 min before and the rest as soon as iam finished working out i see visible muscle gain.

Six Star Professional is AWFUL
It's a Walmart brand and it (pardon my English) sucks.
DOesn't mix well, taste like artificial sweetener and has some kind of hydrolyzed soy protein etc. A non-quality product...but I use it only occasionally, it was expensive so I still use rarely.

I have tried Jillian Michaels too... not bad. But not the "cleanest" ingredients. ;)
