Best shoes
Just wondering what shoes everyone is wearing for their workouts? Going to go this weekend for a new pair and wanted some ideas on whats the best for fast walking and running? Would love to get some feed back on some good ones.

i recently bought my first pair of nike free runs 3.0's and they're amazing. they provide enough cushion and support but make me feel like i'm barefoot.
