Body weight percentage
Come on people, now is the time to compete on a level field. Does not matter if you are real heavy or just need to lose 30 Lbs. Your goal is to lose the biggest percentage of weight loss not total pounds. So everyone has a chance to be the best. Challenge a friend or friends. Who ever loses the biggest percentage of weight ( If you weigh 220 lbs. and lose 25 lbs. you will beat someone that weighs 285 lbs. and loses 50 lbs. Everyone wins so challenge a friend to a healthy dinner out or home cooked meal. Lets have some fun. Starts April 7th for 60 days
