Bodyweight!!!!!
I simply cannot believe there is no set workout plans with advanced bodyweight excersiseses on this site! I myself and quite fond of them. And found you really do get huge results as well as "real" strength! You might be able to bench 250 pounds, but if you can't do 10 pullups...then what's the use of all that 'strength'?. Exactly. The best way to build strength is to have a mixture of bodyweight..and free weights. SO many people think bodyweight workouts are for girls or wimps. But really, can many people do 140 full pushups? Or try 10 pullups with 50 pounds on their back! I usually do a workout with 25 pounds strapped to me. So whatever I do..I do it with an extra 25 pounds. Try it!! I simply find it useless to have only one type of strength, rather working your whole body, and using the true muscles, that can unlimit your true potential!! I am going to post a bodyweight program I came up with, let me know if your interested.

What do you mean by strength?
This all depends on what you mean by strength. If you take it to mean how many reps you can do of a particular exercise then I think your confusing it with muscle endurance. Someone who can only do 10 pullups yet weighs 300 pounds is incredibly strong. You often see ectomorphs exceling in bodyweight exercises for this reason.
However, I do agree that body weight exercises are great for building strength, such as dips and pullups. I have found it bothersome that some of the bodyweight exercises don't allow you to add extra weight in the workout tracker but oh well.

I see here the delight of a neophyte from working with the body. But there is a certain danger of overtraining. You need to be able to stop in time and distribute the load evenly. There is one trick I often used before - select cbd. This herbal remedy relaxes the body well and soothes nerves. I used CBD in the event that the heaviness in the muscles did not pass after the end of the training.
