Can anyone Help!!
Ive been using the tracker and posting everything I eat for a week now. But when I try to put in my exercise or cardio that I complete I come up with nothing. I can't get actual posted- what is it that I need to do?? step by step info would be greatly appreciated

Kitkat92, I am having the same problem...We need someone to show us where the button is to get the exercises to update? I have several days that I have not be able to get the system to update.

Submit
After you've added everything you did you need to hit the blue submit button at the top.

Exersize update
I enter my exersize on the target column and then hit "save & update" which is above the green line. It calculates the calories for the target. If it all looks correct, I add the same info in the acual column and hit the blue "submit results" button.

kitkat92, i just went back to the very first day i put in exercises and the submit buttom appeared so i clicked on it and the time was added in. While in that same place the next day will come up so just hit the submit button again. This is how I got my exercises to register.
