Can't Do sit-ups but need to tone tummy
Never Have I been able to do sit-ups. Always had a bit of tummy pudge but after the birth of my daughter (now 2) it's a bit more. I don't really care about the numbers on the scale just what hangs out of my jeans. Any tips of exercises to help?

Want a simple thing to do to help with your tummy...
Fitness walking...Or any other fully muscle engaged exercise, but of course walking is the easiest. You don't have to get on the floor and do situps to get rid of belly fat, Most cardio exercises will engage the use of your abdominal muscles, especially if you do a bit of isometetrics while doing the activity. In other words, try and hold your stomach in, and stand in good posture.
The exercise ball is a good suggestion as well, if you feel you have to do the toning route. Plus there are other methods which work your abs without getting down on the ground. Standing Crunches, Leg Lifts, and side crunches (for obliques/muffin top) I find are much better than your typical crunch, since your own body weight and gravity are working your abs consistently through a full range of motion.
