Cardio in the Morning?
I just read an article that said doing your cardiovascular workout in the morning before breakfast increases metabolism and in particular fat burn. Has anyone else heard or better yet experienced this? I usually do my cardio at night but will definitely change things up if I can get better results with morning exercise.

I've Heard That Too
I've heard that too, but for me, it honestly doesn't seem to make a difference.

Cardio
I do my weight training and cardio in the morning before dreakfast every day. I have to get up at 4 am have a tea hit the gym I'm a morning person. Never heard about the increase metabolism.
