Classes at the Gym
I regularly do Strength classes and aerobic classes at my gym. I am not sure how to enter them on the work out page. And some days, I do two classes. How will that be calculated?

You can create a workout plan that includes all of the aerobic and strength exercises completed during your classes and select it as your workout plan to follow.

substitute
I didn't want to spend all day every day researching exact calorie burn of every various exercise. I substitute however many minutes of FitClick's "Cardio Warm Up" to begin with, "Hard Cardio..." for 75% Max HR, "Pilates" for strength exercises, and "Stretching" for cool down.

If you were to build your workout plan, you would not need to spend much time tracking your workouts, adding individual exercises, since they would be included in your preset workout plan. Do you need instructions on how to build your own workout plan?
