Confused Beginner!!!
I've just joined this website yesterday, but I can't seem to find the proper fitting plan that I need to meet my goals. I'm 20 years of age, 5'5" in height, weight 119.5 lbs, and have a BMI of 19-20%. My measurements are: Chest:29", Waist:25", and Hips:37". As you can see, I'm pretty slim, have an athletic build, but any muscles that used to show at one time hardly does anymore, especially my abs. Basically, I'm wanting the abs in my stomach back, but I don't want to be too muscular in other parts of my body, just a bit of toning to where it looks as though I work out.

So my goals are to gain weight to 125 lbs, work on flexibility, toning, and abs. I also needed help on warm-ups and cool down stretches. I want to also do different exercises instead of sticking to the same ones. Do you guys have any advice on what plans I should get on, what exercises I should use, and/or what type of training I should focus on? I was told circuit or muscle endurance training would be something I should focus on, but I'm not exactly for sure. Any suggestions? Thank you guys in advance!

By the way, I don't have any machines except an exercise bike. I have ankle weights, 5 lb soft weighted exercise ball (to replace free weights), a kettlebell, a resistance band, a 65cm stability ball, and one of those things that you put in-between your legs and squeeze your legs together (I forget what it's called).

Only things I know to suggest ...
Be sure to eat enough protein for your muscles.
Yoga is good for flexibility.
Good luck with the abs.
