Confused about diet tracker calorie count
When I look up certain foods on the calorie counter it will sometimes give me different calorie counts for the same food in the exact amount. How do I know which one to go by. Example green grapes, seedless green grapes . Can someone tell me how I pick the correct one.

Use Fitclick's version
I always try to use foods that have been input by Fitclick, myself or one of my friends whom I try to enter things correctly.
