Cooking Mustard Greens tonight--ummmm
Looking so forward to eating some fresh mustard greens and hope I can remember how to cook them---it's been awhile since I've done these but always seem to enjoy them!

Something that is good to you and is good for you, collards are my favorite also and I did not have anywhere enough of them on Thanksgiving day!

greens
my favorite greens are the wild spinach that grows on the ranch. Saute in fresh onions and garlic from the garden in a little olive oil.
