Creams for aches and pains- Good or Bad?
Doctor perscribed some sort of cream for me to rub on my knee pain...Are any of you familiar with these cream?.... If so, did you get results?

knee pain
neither, if they are topical. what creams are they? capsaicin-based? those are over the counter..some are the warming kind, some are the icy kind. If it's a topical corticosteroid or numbing agent, it won't do anything. I would go see a good orthopedic specialist and get films of it, make sure it isn't serious.
