Curves Plan - "Turn Over a New Leaf" Fall Group Challenge

GOAL: Lose up to 10 pounds.
BEGIN: Monday September 13th
EXERCISE: At least 3 Times a week
TRACK: Log what you eat.
CHECK IN: Mondays, pounds lost.
END: November 30th
PRIZE: A healthier you.

Looking forward to this challenge. Starting phase 3 tomorrow, but there is plenty of time to lose the 10lbs by November 30th. Good Luck Ladies!

Again, great idea to do the challenge and great idea to have this message board!
Am ready for tomorrow - i hate the first week but thank goodness for baby carrots - they get me through the worst of it.
So will weigh in tomorrow, exercise and track meals all week and join you again next Monday with results.

Curves Plan - "Turn Over a New Leaf" Fall Group Challenge
I'm ready for the challenge. I am starting Phase 1 for the 3rd cycle. I have lost 15 pounds in just less than 3 months. It is soooo slow to come off. Just got to keep at Curves 3 times a week.

That is progress!
15 pounds in 3 months? that is great! You may feel like it's slow, but that is just about a pound a week -- and you kept at it. Pat yourself on the back. That is great.
And this challenge will give you another nudge forward with US ALL! :)

Got To Do It!
Down .5 pounds from last week. We can do it with lots of support here! Diet ticker didn't work, so I'll ask support if they will have a URL upload for it eventually.

On our Way
Weighed this morning and will record it on the weight chart here today.

I'm on the second day of Phase 1 so am hoping for good progress this week!

It is so great to have companionship on this road.
