I'm up two pounds. Did great during the week but this weekend I was very low on my water intake and eating out of whack. It will be better next week!

8 pounds lighter after a week on Phase 1. Still so much more to go, but it is encouraging to see a to see a drop that size.

This was my first week of the challenge. I was on Phase 1 and lost 5.6 lbs!!!! On to Phase 2. Way to go everyone!!

Weight stayed the same even though I splurged this weekend. Now onto Phase 3 for a boost. Congrats to all the losses!

I am on Phase 2, and was dealing with homecoming week at school. That meant 8 performances for my band in 7 days, and 5 late nights. I still managed to get to Curves 5 times and lost 1/2 pound. So...yeah, I'm down 4 total now on THIS challenge (8 on the challenge at my Curves that started the week before).

Yeah me! I stayed the same and now on to Phase 1. I have been at a plateau for a while and hope to break through it this cycle. Only 10 lbs more to reach my goal set back in January at the start of my journey. Good Luck All!

Thanks everyone, I found our Challenge board! On yesterday I had maintained with my previous weeks weight loss. Got to try harder this week.
