Down 2 pounds, but one was for last week, so only on pound for this week, missed last week, but a what a great total we have.

Down two pounds. Could have been more but the weekend was a bit rough. Slow but sure. I am at 6 pounds for this challenge now (and 10 for the challenge at my Curves that started a week before!).

Monday I was .6 up. I know it was water from the extra salt I had over the weekend, but pounds is pounds!

Week Three Total
Ok, Sunshine Gal was away hiking Mt. Washington. (Sounds like a good excuse to me!) So there were 13 of us checking in this week with a net of 8.5 pounds lost for the week. Progress is definitely slowing overall, but we are still going the right direction as a group.

The most anyone lost this week was 2.4 pounds, whereas the first couple of weeks there were a some people losing well above that. It goes to show you how hard it is to keep rapid weight loss going. And why we need to be patient, slow and steady. And use Phase 3 and strength training to stoke the metabolism.

Stick with the plan, ladies. We will prevail!

Total so Far
Net Total Pounds lost so far combining all reports, including Lynnvanz's belated 1 pound lost from last week (yay!), is 52.3 pounds. Good job.

Let's stay motivated and see if we can beat this week's 8.5 pounds next Monday. Get out, have some fun, be active. Eat yummy nourishing food, but not too much.
