CURVES CHALLENGE
I'M DOWN ANOTHER 3 POUNDS, I'VE LOST 9 POUNDS IN ONE MONTH, WHICH IS WHAT I'VE GAINED OVER THE SUMMER. NOW HOPEFULLY I'LL STOP GAINING AND GET BACK ON LOSING.
I AM GOING TO BE AWAY THE END OF THIS WEEK FOR TWO WEEKS. NOT SURE IF I WILL GET TO BE ABLE TO BE ON A COMPUTER.
I WILL TRY BECAUSE I NEED TO KEEP MY RECORDS. I ALSO DO ALL MY RECORDS IN A BOOKLET.
HAVE A GREAT DAY.

I'm down .4 lb from last week, that's about 9 lbs for the month. On to Phase 3! Going to Vegas this weekend, will try to be good! ;-0

Up 3.6 lbs. After a week on vacation and a day of baking with my granddaughter I have succeeded (somehow it doesn't feel like a success) for the first time in gaining more than 2 lbs on Phase 3. Now back to Phase 1 levels to lose that those pounds. That 100 pound loss keeps hanging out there, just out my reach for now.

Down 1.6 lbs for the week. Yeah!! I have been on phase 1 since Thurs so that helped.
