I am down .6 from my last check in. THis is after a week of Phase 1.

I didn't lose any this week, but no gain also, hopefully next week after all the protein this week, do we call pumpkin pie protein?

11/22/2010 Weigh-In
DOWN .8 lb since last Monday
(down total of 10 for new leaf challenge! WooHoo!!)
For past 7 days...
Weight Management Phase: 2
1760 average daily adjusted calories ('free' calories not included)
482 average daily calorie burn from logged exercise
Starting Phase3 on Thursday :) ... Then I plan on a Phase3-Phase1 cycle... I'm thinking something like "gain 2, lose 3, etc until I get to my ultimate goal... so close now :)

Up Then Down
Lost 1.2 pounds (Phase 1 tune up kicked in slowly). Going on Phase 2 until I get to a new low which would be .7 pounds. Thanks for the tip Julie and encouragement Wendy.

Down 2 lbs this week!! That makes it 12.6 lbs for the challenge & almost 61 lbs since I started the weight management plan Jan. 2010.

11/22/10 Week 10
Down another 3 lbs this week. Another thing to be thankful. Now just to enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday without being too over indulgent... the local Curves will be closed Thursday through Sunday so it will mean other exercise to offset the calories that are sure to be consumed on Thursday.
