Days are getting shorter---darn
Really want to hibernate in the days with fewer daylight hours. I think I go thru a depression cycle. Have any of you experienced this and if you have what do you do to change the feeling?

Lots of sun to still soak up.
Just fight it til daylight savings arrives...

Seasonal Depression
Hi. I'm new to Fitclick and loving it! I too feel I have the same issues with seasonal depression. Looked into different options. Light box therapy (never tried it). The light boost serotonin levels to help lift your mood. I did try an omega 3 supplement. I want to say it helped, but the days started to get longer anyway.
Taking advice from your friends on this site is probably the most helpful. Exercise is a great mood lifter...releases "feel good" chemicals, and having a social connection with people is a benefit too.
Keep smiling.
