Dehydration stories
I find that when I can't get my anger or feelings under control with logical thinking that I've gotten behind on my water consumption, and things fall back into line as soon as I get caught up on the days consumption. A friend shared with me about his friend that almost went to a noisy neighbors house with a shot gun after many request to lower the noise from a party and spoke with his doctor about his mood and temper it turns out that his brain wasn't functioning because of dehydration. Something to do with his electrolytes need water to aid brain function in decision making.

Drinking thinking
Speaking of dehydration, I've always said that if I give it a thought I'll always choose to eat healthy, but if I'm hindered in my thought process by dehydration my chances of making the right food choice are greatly lessened. Oh yeah and we all have heard on our journey's that many times we think we're hungry but we're really thirsty. Water also allows the liver to process fat, if we neglect water consumption the liver does double duty and does the work of the kidney's lessening the fat processing function and we get fat.
