Mixing cereals
Bought Honey Nut Cheerios and some other off the wall plain cheerios and mixed them in a big bag...perfect for cheaper cereal plus less sugar ingestion!!

Whole Chicken
I buy a whole chicken at Tops for about $5. The first day it's dinner. The left over meat is good for lunches then I boil the carcass with a Bay leaf and some celery leaves, remove the bones and add some carrot, onion and chopped celery and broken spaghetti pieces. Voila, soup for another supper. All from a $5 chicken and a few inexpensive veggies :)

Mixing cereals
Honey Nut Cheeros have much too much sugar so I'll miss a box of regular cheerios with them --doubles the amount and 1/2 the sugar--try this
