Sorry it´s not at all natrual and has good chemicals like aspartam..... wich is not very good for you´re body.
I would limit myself to 100ml of soda (diet or regular).

Just read the label on the cans of the soda for ingredients-diet or regular-you think you were in a Chemistry class reading the contents of an experiment. How can that be good for our health???

Diet soda has aspertame in it which when mixed with nitrites and nitrates in luncheon meats have been linked to Alzheimer's. Also diet soda keeps weight on, not helps to lose weight.
