Discouraged
i have been trying to lose 10 pounds for over a year and cant seem to get there. i have lost between 2 and 5 pounds but put them back on as fast as i take them off. i calorie count as it's the only diet that works for me and i exercise, but i always blow the diet on the weekends. plus, it's hard to do because my husband loves to cook and i love to eat.
any advice.

I can really relate to your post. I love food, and on the weekends I always fall off a bit. What has helped me is working out at high intensities. I work out at least 4 times a week, but most often 5 or 6. When I work out I try to really push myself. And on the weekends, i try to keep my "cheats" to only one meal on friday and saturday.
