Do you have a mental block?
Try to get rid of any mental blocks... mine is toward strength training... I try to sike myself up but only wanna sit and watch tv.. If I get up and do 1 set with my 5 lb weights then that will jump start me to continue thru my whole regiment of weights--

Mental block
When I'm a little tired and need a little kick to get working out. I put my ipod on heavy metal of course. Have a nano vapor drink and bam off to the gym.

Mental Block
A trainer, suggested that when I am having trouble to motivate myself to engage in an activity, I need use the 10 mins rule. The 10 mins rule is simple: engage in the activity for 10 mins, if after 10 mins I still feel non-engaged in the activity/frustated/tired ect. stop....thou most of the time I continue and I am well on my way to enjoying and completing the activity. In the end I feel great that I could overcome the negative feeling.
