This item is one I use whenever we toast bread, etc. We do enjoy it....try it

Not Recently
I did several years ago. Only have a little butter for breakfast on Saturday.

Yes, whenever I make scrammbled eggs whites with spinach.

Olive oil should be your staple, extra virgin is best but butter is a healthy fat. I'm old fashion I like it of the good old 454g block :)

I spray my chicken and fish before baking or grilling, then add spices.

I have heard about spray foam in SoCal, but never ever heard of butter spray. Would like to know more about it. Is it better than applying by ourselves?
