Dressing for Green Salads
I make my own salad dressing; the store bought stuff is terrible. I use Extra Virgin Olive Oil, I'm looking for other ideas or recipies from the FitClick community.

Easy Vinegrette
Plain Greek Yogurt
Dijon Mustard
super finely chopped garlic
& chopped red onion
S&P to taste
Lots of dried oregano
chopped fresh Italian Flat Leaf Parsley
Rice Wine Vinegar or Red Wine Vinegar
EVOO
in a jar, Shake well. It's potent and you only need a drizzle.
