Eating after a certain time
The old wive's tale is that if you eat after a certain time, for example I'll say 8 pm ... you will gain weight or not lose weight. Even most nutritionists will tell you that. Your body won't process or burn those calories while you sleep.
That is in fact a falacy. Burn or use more calories than you consume. If you have a bmr of 1450 calories per day, that means you burn 1450 calories doing what you normally do, be it sitting on the couch behind a desk, or chasing your kids or husbands/boyfriends around the house.
Therefore as long as you consume LESS calories than you burn, you will lose weight regardless of what time you eat.
Eating within 2 - 4 hours of going to bed however, will affect how you sleep. Which is how the whole falacy of eating began.

HAI
I am completely agreeing with the facts that you have said in this post. I am also planning to weight my weight by motorcycle attorney near me consuming fewer calories than I need. I guess it will work for me for sure.
