Ediets
Does any one know anything about Ediets? I was trying to find an affordable way to lose weight and wanted to see if anyone has tried it out. I recently signed up for their sweepstakes that gives a year of food. Responses appreciated
For anyone interested..

Don't pay someone to send pre-packaged food to your door. Eat real food, grown locally (if possible). Master a few simple recipes and avoid restaurants. The only sustainable way to lose weight and keep it off forever is to develop a lifestyle that you can live forever. What happens after e-diets ends and you want to maintain the weight loss? What habits have really changed?

Check out Diet to GO
Regular food in the proper portion. Real desserts. No sugar substitutes.
Food is pretty good. You can switch out foods you dislike for those you like better. Price is more reasonable than most other plans. Food is prepackaged and delivered weekly fresh or frozen depending on where you live. You can stop and restart without penalty.
