Edit Food Options in Diet Plan
Hi I'm new, just signed up. I chose the Diabetic diet plan to follow but I have food that I can't have due to allergies. Is there a way to select foods for the plan to generate without including the ones I cannot have?? Just curious thanks.

welcome!! I wish I could help with this question, but I track my meals based on my own plans :)

I hope someone more familiar with the diet plans can answer!

Thank you! I saw the videos and by selecting certain plans you can edit the food options due to a restriction to eat particular foods. When I try the diabetic one, it doesn't have that option. I hope someone can help. Is there someone like an admin that can help me or direct me to who would know??

Ok good.
Keep trying.

Don't bother with the pre created diets, just create your own. Their diets are sometimes not exactly in line with modern thinking in eating. IE they follow the archaic styles of food pyramid, etc.

Thank you everyone! I thought the pre created diets were better for me as I am terrible at meal planning. I try to prepare meals and choose variety but then I'm bored, end up eating unhealthy and going back to old ways. I like the pre done meals as I like a lot of the foods it populates. Just certain foods I can't have due to allergies and thought if there was a way to select these particular foods to not include them, it would be something great to follow. I will try asking on Fitclick Feedback, thank you.

PB is NOT bad for you, but you must eat it in small portions b/c it may start showing on you in inches, but it's the "good" fat and peanuts, especially walnuts and almonds are great for you personally!!

There is proof that a number of nuts per day is healthy and may help you lose and maintain weight

Also it really is simple to construct a eating plan

However, the fruits and veggies we all know we are supposed to eat just don't taste just like the stuff we WANT to eat

Eat five each day (the color way!) to get your friuts and veggies

Start here with this particular simple slogan and abide by it, and the rest will come for you as long as you stop and consider what you are getting ready to consume

And don't forget - you MUST make this a life-style change!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

good luck to you

I was always curious, if it is true that the weight starts growing when you give up smoking, that's why I decided to make a less stress fro my health anf I bought https://gypsyvapes.com/batteries-e-cigarette-vape which I can smoke without a danger for my health and the health of my surrounding people.
